Feeding Fenelon is a secular, volunteer run, non-profit organization that provides a multitude of free services to marginalized folks in Fenelon Falls and surrounding area.

We believe in Solidarity not Charity.

All of our services are offered for free and we do not ask for any personal information or proof of income to access our services.​

We are deeply committed to the values of diversity, inclusion, respect, dignity, and personal autonomy. We are committed to providing an environment free of discrimination and harassment on the basis of age, race, national ethnic or cultural origin, physical or genetic characteristics, disability, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, education, socioeconomic status, and whether someone is sober, in recovery, or in active addiction.

 

Our organization believes in meeting people where they are. We believe that sobriety and abstinence are not always the solution. We believe that harm reduction saves lives and is necessary in every community. We believe in access to clean harm reduction materials and safe supply. We believe in bringing an end to the stigma and discrimination surrounding drug use. We believe in working towards, and supporting those who are working towards, dismantling the systemic barriers faced by black people, indigenous people, and people of colour. We support the rights of trans, non-binary, and gender non-conforming people. We support the rights of sex workers. We support the personal autonomy of pregnant people and their right to choose. We support the rights of refugees and undocumented migrants and believes no one is illegal. We believe that poverty is the result of systemic barriers, not individual choice.
